Cegielski - Poznan S.A., a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A., to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. This partnership represents a significant development in regional defense capabilities, combining Canadian autonomous technology with Polish industrial manufacturing expertise to address security requirements along NATO's Eastern Flank.
The partnership aims to establish HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms within the Central and Eastern European region. The collaboration will facilitate technology transfer to ensure high-quality local maintenance, training, and operational support while leveraging HCP's position within the PGZ Group and CiTech's international partnerships to pursue government and defense contracts. The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defense and critical security operations.
According to the LOI, Brenton Scott, CEO of CiTech, will visit HCP headquarters in Poznań in March 2026 to progress and finalize commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 prototype unit is scheduled for delivery to HCP's Poznań facility in May 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations for regional stakeholders. This partnership complements CiTech's establishment of its EU Headquarters in Latvia and positions the Nexus 20 platform to support allied defense capabilities across the region.
