Exhibit G Law Firm Adds Rebeca Rodriguez as Employment Attorney, Deepening HR and Compliance Expertise

Exhibit G Law Firm announced that Rebeca Rodriguez, Esq. has joined the firm as an attorney, bringing a blend of human resources training and legal experience to its labor and employment practice. Rodriguez, who previously served as a law clerk at the firm during her legal studies, will focus on labor and employment law, workplace accessibility, and compliance, representing both businesses and individuals across South Florida.

Her return to Exhibit G Law Firm is marked by a deep familiarity with its operations. As a law clerk, she supported attorneys with pre-suit work, including drafting charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, preparing demand letters and deposition questions, and managing client communications. This prior experience means she enters the role already versed in the firm's matters, clients, and approach to workplace disputes.

Rodriguez also interned with the City of Miami's Office of the City Attorney in its Labor and Employment Division, where she observed trials, arbitrations, depositions, and quasi-judicial hearings while conducting legal research and assisting with case management. This placement provided her with a public employer's perspective, complementing the firm's work advising private businesses.

Giselle Gutierrez, Esq., founding attorney of Exhibit G Law Firm, emphasized the value of Rodriguez's background. "Rebeca has been part of this practice through a period of substantial growth, and she arrives in this role with an understanding of our matters that ordinarily takes a new attorney considerable time to develop," said Giselle Gutierrez. "Her human resources training is equally valuable. A great many employment disputes originate in decisions made long before counsel is retained, and an attorney who understands how those decisions are actually made inside an organization is better positioned to address them."

Rodriguez holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Florida State University, as well as a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. This combination informs her approach to employment matters, particularly on the employer side, where questions of wage and hour practice, accommodation, and policy administration are as much operational as legal.

"My background in human resources shapes how I read a file," said Rebeca Rodriguez, Esq. "Compliance problems are rarely the product of bad intent. More often they reflect a policy that was never updated or a practice that drifted from what the handbook describes. Identifying those issues early is substantially less costly for an employer than litigating them later."

Rodriguez's involvement in the legal community is extensive. During law school, she served as President of the Disability Law Students Association and as a member of the Honor Council. She participated in the Cuban American Bar Association, Miami Law Women, and the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar. In 2025, she received the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Florida Bar's Law Student Scholarship and the Miami-Dade FAWL Foundation's Sookie Williams Memorial Scholarship. She continues her involvement as an attorney through memberships in the Cuban American Bar Association, Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Florida Bar's Labor and Employment Law, Business Law, Trial Lawyers, and Young Lawyers sections.

Exhibit G Law Firm represents businesses and employees in employment law counseling, employment agreements, separation agreements, and litigation. The firm serves clients in South Florida and northern New Jersey, with offices in Miami and Hoboken. A full list of practice areas is available on the firm's website. Potential clients are welcome to reach out to set up a consultation to discuss their case.
