FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft (FORTEC) has appointed Yannick Moyles-Johnson as its new Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board, effective no later than November 1, 2026. The appointment follows a previously announced long-term succession plan for the finance division. Moyles-Johnson succeeds Henrik Christiansen, who served as interim CFO since November 2025 and as a Management Board member since February 2026. Christiansen will remain with the company to ensure a smooth transition.

Moyles-Johnson brings over 15 years of international leadership experience in technology-oriented industrial companies. He holds a master’s degree in business administration (M.Sc. in Business Administration / MBA). Most recently, he served as CFO and Commercial Managing Director of ProMik Holding GmbH, a portfolio company of Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. He has also held leadership roles at Brockhaus Technologies AG, VIA Optronics AG, and the Brose Group. His expertise includes managing international research and production sites, optimizing financial and business processes, and implementing transformation and efficiency programs.
