By purchasing the remaining 50% of ATC's membership units, Geopulse now fully owns the oil and gas construction and maintenance services company.
The acquisition brings substantial operational benefits, with ATC Services expected to contribute approximately $12 million in run-rate annual revenue to Geopulse. The company provides critical infrastructure and support services to major players in the Permian region, including drilling and facility pad construction, road maintenance, environmental remediation, and specialized industrial services.
As part of the transaction, ATC's leadership will play a key role in Geopulse's future. Chris Bishop, ATC's CEO, and Shawn Rye, a director, will join Geopulse's Board of Directors, ensuring continuity and leveraging their industry expertise. The management teams of both organizations see significant potential for organic growth and future strategic acquisitions in the Texas market.
Marcus Laun of Geopulse highlighted the strategic importance of the acquisition, noting the increasing demand for energy services and potential industrial re-shoring efforts. To support its expansion, Geopulse plans to open a new headquarters in Big Spring, Texas, in June 2025. This move underscores the company's commitment to establishing a strong regional presence and capitalizing on the dynamic energy services market in West Texas.
