The Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) are collaborating to present the largest-ever Hong Kong Tech Pavilion at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas from January 6-9, 2026. The showcase features 61 technology companies representing a dynamic mix of early-stage and mature ventures across artificial intelligence, robotics, healthtech, and sustainability sectors, highlighting Hong Kong's rapidly advancing technological ecosystem and its capacity to empower innovators to achieve global impact.
This year's pavilion features several CES Innovation Award-winning solutions alongside world-first technologies, demonstrating technological strength across both the Eureka Park and Global Pavilion areas. The exhibition includes companies less than five years old alongside more established ventures, with notable highlights including three award-winning innovations. Widemount Dynamics Tech received Best of Innovation for Product in Support of Human Security for All for their Smart Firefighting Robot, designed to detect fires, navigate smoke-filled environments, provide real-time mapping, and determine optimal extinguishing agents to minimize costs and risks to life and property.
In the Digital Health category, PointFit was honored for their PF-Sweat Patch, an ultra-thin wearable featuring patented biomarkers tracking technology that offers non-invasive continuous monitoring of vitals and performance for athletes and wellness enthusiasts. Also honored in Digital Health, Eieling Technology's FattaLab® represents the world's first intelligence-driven compact fatty liver diagnostic device, delivering medical-grade assessment results in just 30 seconds to promote early treatment and preventive care.
The pavilion will host numerous events including product launches, briefings, and business-matching conversations. These include an introduction of GumAI, a smart oral healthcare solution developed by Dentomi; a demonstration of DRESIO's "AI Physiotherapy for Everyone" solution; and the launch of "wuBiee & wuBiee wrap" by moftBODY, which integrates neuroscience into smart textile daily shapewear. Visitors can find the full event line-up at https://www.hkstp.org and schedule their visit through https://www.hktdc.com/aboutus.
Additionally, a Hong Kong Tech Networking Reception will be held on January 7, 2026, from 5:30-7:30 pm at Mercato Della Pescheria in The Venetian, welcoming interested parties to explore partnership opportunities with Hong Kong technology companies. Registration is available through the event portal. The Hong Kong Tech Pavilion spans both Eureka Park (booth #63200, Hall G) and Global Pavilion (booth #50732, Hall A-D) at The Venetian Expo, featuring 61 companies including 47 from within the HKSTP ecosystem.
The significance of this showcase extends beyond the individual innovations to demonstrate Hong Kong's emergence as a serious technology hub capable of competing on the global stage. With multiple award-winning solutions addressing critical challenges in fire safety, healthcare diagnostics, and athletic performance monitoring, these technologies represent practical applications with immediate real-world impact. The diversity of companies—from early-stage startups to established ventures—illustrates a mature innovation ecosystem that supports technological development across the entire business lifecycle.
For global markets, this exhibition signals Hong Kong's growing capacity to produce commercially viable technologies that address pressing global challenges. The emphasis on healthtech solutions comes at a time when healthcare systems worldwide face increasing pressure, making innovations like rapid diagnostic devices and continuous monitoring wearables particularly valuable. Similarly, the firefighting robot addresses universal safety concerns while the sustainability-focused companies in the pavilion contribute to global environmental efforts.
The collaboration between HKSTP and HKTDC represents a strategic approach to technology commercialization, combining research and development infrastructure with trade promotion expertise. This model could influence how other regions develop their innovation ecosystems, particularly in connecting technological development with global market access. The presence of 61 companies—the largest Hong Kong delegation ever at CES—demonstrates significant scaling of the region's technology sector and suggests increased competition in global technology markets across multiple sectors.
