HR.com, the largest network of human resources (HR) executives, has announced the formation of the Future of Compensation and Total Rewards 2024 Advisory Board. This esteemed panel of industry experts will collaborate with HR.com's HR Research Institute (HRRI) to shape the future of HR practices. The collective expertise of the advisory board will provide invaluable insights into cutting-edge compensation and total rewards strategies, aiding organizations in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent through innovative tools, technology, and trends.
The advisory board serves as a platform for thought leaders to engage in discussions on critical topics, share their knowledge, and offer valuable insights. This collaboration aims to support the development of comprehensive research and the dissemination of best practices within the HR community.
The findings from the research will be published in a detailed report of insights and recommendations, as well as a condensed two-page infographic. These results will also be featured in the upcoming virtual event, scheduled for November 20, 2024. The board members will play a crucial role in recommending presenters, session topics, and ensuring the event is best-in-class for HR professionals in attendance.
The newly appointed advisory board includes prominent industry thought leaders such as Supriya Bahri, Vice President of Global Total Rewards at Roblox, Chris Fusco, Senior VP of Research and Content Creation at Salary.com, Tom McMullen, Senior Client Partner and Total Rewards Expertise Leader at Korn Ferry, Jacqueline Moore, Senior Compensation Advisor at St Luke's University Health Network, Mara Notarfonzo, VP of Total Rewards at CAA, Marty Reaume, Board Member/HR Venture Advisor/Professor, and Rod Sisson, Senior Compensation Analyst at Artisan Design Group.
