Amid the rapid integration of artificial intelligence into daily life and business, top motivational speaker and bestselling author Rocky Romanella is pushing back against the narrative that AI will replace people. When UPS acquired Mailboxes Etc., he was assigned to manage the integration despite lacking franchise experience or marketing credentials. The data, he says, would never have picked him. They told him, “We have faith in you. Be yourself.
