NXT | CLT has announced Kimberly E. Zouzoua as its new Executive Director, bringing over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience to the role. Her appointment is timely as the organization prepares for its 10th business accelerator cohort, continuing its legacy of fostering resilient entrepreneurs in Charlotte.
Zouzoua's background includes driving over $10M in philanthropic giving and creating nationally recognized programs, such as the Women of Color Business Summit during her tenure at the Center for Women and Enterprise. Her leadership is expected to further NXT | CLT's goals of providing mentorship, training, and access to capital to local entrepreneurs.
