Loughlin Law, P.A., a Boca Raton-based firm, announced that attorney Curtis Davis, Esq. has joined as Of Counsel. Davis, an experienced trial attorney and former insurance defense lawyer, will strengthen the firm’s personal injury capabilities for clients throughout Florida.
Davis’s background includes personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and business and insurance disputes. Before representing injured individuals and families, he began his legal career as a defense attorney representing insurance companies and their insureds in matters involving catastrophic multi-car accidents, wrongful death, product liability, and negligent security. That experience provided him with an inside understanding of how insurance companies evaluate, defend, and approach claims—a perspective he now brings to advocating for clients.
In 2022, Davis founded Davis Trial Law, a boutique Florida law firm focused on personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, and business and insurance disputes. His practice has emphasized individualized attention and dedicated representation for clients navigating complex legal matters.
A graduate of the University of Florida, Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at the Warrington College of Business, with minors in History and Leadership. He later earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he served on the executive board of Moot Court and was selected for membership in the Order of Barristers in recognition of his work in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
Davis has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2012 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His professional involvement includes leadership roles with the Stephen R. Booher Inn of Court and Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court, as well as membership in the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and Broward County Bar Association.
A Palm Beach resident, Davis is actively involved in the local community and shares Loughlin Law’s commitment to providing clients with personal attention, practical guidance, and compassionate representation.
