The company is targeting an early 2026 opening for its new location, which will feature 41 customized salon suites for health and beauty professionals.

1200 White Street is a 211,585-square-foot warehouse building undergoing adaptive reuse transformation, offering space for retail, restaurants, creative office, and experiential concepts. The development is owned by Atlanta-based Ackerman & Co. and Belgium-based Baltisse, with Ackerman Retail's team representing ownership in the lease negotiation. Leo Wiener, President of Ackerman Retail, noted that Sola Salon Studios adds to the dynamic mixed-use destination being created at the property.
The Sola Salon lease follows the recent opening of Dill Dinkers, a 35,891-square-foot pickleball facility that marked the growing franchise's entry into the Atlanta market. The continued development at 1200 White Street reflects the broader revitalization of Atlanta's West End, including the nearby Lee + White development, a 442,000-square-foot redevelopment of the former Warehouse Row that has become an entertainment and business hub.
