Vast Coworking Group, the parent company of Venture X, Office Evolution, Intelligent Office, and Intelligent Assistant, has announced the appointment of Chris Baszto as Chief Marketing Officer and Ozlem Soyturk as Chief Financial Officer. The additions come as the company accelerates growth following its acquisition by New State Capital Partners earlier this year.
Baszto will lead global marketing strategy, overseeing brand development, demand generation, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and franchise marketing across Vast's portfolio of flexible workspace brands. Soyturk will lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis, partnering closely with operations to drive long-term growth while supporting franchisees and strategic investments.
"Chris and Ozlem are accomplished leaders whose experience building high-growth organizations will be instrumental as we enter this next chapter," said Jason Anderson, CEO of Vast Coworking Group. "As demand for flexible workspace continues to boom, we're making strategic investments in our leadership team to strengthen our brands, support our franchise owners, and accelerate sustainable growth."
Baszto brings over two decades of experience in real estate, finance, SaaS, and healthcare. Most recently, he served as Head of Marketing at Industrious, where the brand grew from 100 domestic locations to nearly 250 globally before its acquisition by CBRE in 2025. Earlier in his career, he developed growth strategies for franchise brands like Papa John's and Massage Envy, giving him deep understanding of franchise development and multi-location marketing.
"Vast is building something unique and differentiated with a business model that blends real estate, hospitality, and wealth creation for franchise owners," said Baszto. "Very few companies can scale a global brand while keeping each of its spaces so rooted in its local community. That's a rare and powerful story, and my job is to tell it."
Soyturk joins Vast with over 20 years of experience helping private equity-backed organizations scale. Most recently, as CFO at Endeavor Schools, she helped shape the acquisition strategy that expanded the organization from 34 to more than 110 locations across 14 states. She also built the financial foundation behind that growth, leading financial planning, acquisition diligence, and transformation initiatives. Previously, she spent a decade at PwC, where she held assurance and transformation leadership roles and was selected for the firm's National Office rotation program.
"I'm excited to join Vast at such a pivotal moment in the company's evolution," said Soyturk. "The business has an exceptional foundation, and my focus will be bolstering the company's financial discipline and strategic rigor to help it scale while creating lasting value for our franchisees, partners, and stakeholders."
These appointments reflect Vast's continued investment in strengthening its leadership team as the flexible workspace industry evolves. The company, headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, is the world's largest privately-owned franchisor of coworking spaces and the third-largest network globally.
