Wacker Neuson SE CFO to Step Down, Successor Appointed from Within

Wacker Neuson SE announced a change in its Executive Board, with Chief Financial Officer Christoph Burkhard stepping down by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2026, after more than five years of service. The company's Supervisory Board thanked Burkhard for his contributions to the sustainable development of the company's structures and organization.

Reinhard Frisch, currently Commercial Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH & Co. KG in Reichertshofen, will assume the role of CFO on September 1, 2026. Frisch has been with the Wacker Neuson Group since 2004 and has held various leadership positions in Germany and abroad, including serving as CFO of Wacker Neuson North America.

Hans Neunteufel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, stated: "We would like to thank Mr. Burkhard for the excellent cooperation and for his valuable contributions to the sustainable development of the Company's structures and organization. We wish Mr. Burkhard all the best and continued success in his future professional and personal endeavors." He also commented on the appointment: "We are pleased that, with Mr. Frisch, we have been able to appoint an executive with extensive international experience from within our own organization to this important position."

The Wacker Neuson Group is an international network of companies employing around 5,800 people worldwide. In fiscal year 2025, revenue was approximately EUR 2.2 billion. The company is a leading manufacturer of light and compact equipment, serving professional users in construction, gardening, landscaping, agriculture, municipal bodies, and industries such as recycling and rail transport. The Group's brands include Wacker Neuson, Kramer, Weidemann, and Enar. Wacker Neuson SE shares are listed on the regulated Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (ISIN: DE000WACK012, WKN: WACK01) and are a member of the SDAX.

This leadership transition comes at a time when the company continues to navigate global economic challenges. The appointment of an internal candidate with international experience suggests a focus on continuity and leveraging deep organizational knowledge. For investors and industry observers, the change signals stability within the executive ranks, as Frisch's familiarity with the company's operations across different markets may help maintain strategic direction. The company's strong revenue performance in 2025 provides a solid foundation for the new CFO to build upon.
