The limited-time menu features several new items, including the Mike's Hot Honey® & Burrata Pizza, which comes with Italian plum tomato sauce, red onions, fresh burrata, and prosciutto, all topped with fresh basil and drizzled with Mike's Hot Honey® and balsamic glaze. Another addition is the Burrata & Prosciutto Sandwich, which includes fresh burrata, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, arugula, balsamic glaze, and homemade Italian dressing. For those looking for a refreshing drink, the Mike's Hot Honey® Margarita is also making a return, blending El Tesoro tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, and Mike's Hot Honey®, garnished with a lime.
Additionally, the new Burrata & Prosciutto Spaghetti combines fresh burrata and crispy prosciutto with spaghetti in Italian plum tomato sauce, topped with a basil flower. For dessert, guests can indulge in the Strawberry 2-Layer Cake, a summery treat with buttery-moist layers of cake topped with cream cheese icing and finished with fresh strawberry glaze.
