Gityer Exchange, a prominent player in the global cryptocurrency trading market, has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Panamanian government to enhance blockchain education and popularization. This partnership is set to significantly accelerate the development and application of blockchain technology in Central America, marking a noteworthy step in technological cooperation and digital economy education.
Known for its high security, innovative technology, and user-friendly services, Gityer Exchange offers a diverse range of cryptocurrency trading options, including spot and derivatives trading. The platform uses advanced blockchain technology to ensure transaction transparency and security. With operating centers in multiple countries and multilingual support, Gityer serves a global user base effectively. Additionally, Gityer provides educational resources and investment tools, such as AI-driven analytical tools and customized investment recommendations, to help users navigate the complex cryptocurrency market.
The MOU signing ceremony saw the presence of Mr. Amauri Castillo, Director General of the National Bank of Panama, Mr. Alberto Vallarino Clément, President of the National Bank of Panama, and Mr. Madiev, Regional Manager for Central America at Gityer. According to the memorandum, Gityer will collaborate with Panama's financial technology, education, digital development, and innovation departments to educate 20,000 students about blockchain technology by 2026. This initiative aims to promote major cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH as payment options, and foster the adoption of blockchain technology in Panama's public and financial sectors.
Gityer will provide educational materials and technical support, developing basic courses on blockchain and compliance for institutions like the Technological University of Panama. This effort aims to cultivate professionals with foundational knowledge in blockchain, digital assets, and compliance, creating a valuable resource for the development of the blockchain industry in Panama and beyond.
This collaboration is expected to strengthen Gityer Exchange's global market influence and provide Panama with a direct entry into the digital economy era, bypassing traditional financial systems. As the project progresses and more professionals are trained, Panama is poised to become a significant hub for blockchain technology application and innovation in Central America and potentially on a global scale.
