IVOREE and Ember Entertainment Launch Unified Mobile Platform Across Six Casinos in Four States

IVOREE, an omnichannel engagement platform serving gaming operators across North America, has completed an enterprise-wide deployment with Delaware North's Ember Entertainment division. The agreement brings IVOREE's patron engagement technology and AI-driven capabilities to six gaming properties in four states: Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack and Mardi Gras Casino & Resort in West Virginia, Gate City Casino in New Hampshire, Finger Lakes Gaming & Racetrack and Hamburg Gaming in New York, and Southland Casino Hotel in Arkansas.

The deployment is built on a single platform architecture designed to connect patrons to the Ember Rewards program and carry the guest journey across gaming, hotel, dining, and retail touchpoints, regardless of which Ember Entertainment property a patron visits. The mobile-first solution provides real-time point tracking, personalized offers, campaigns, promotions, and engagement mechanics driven by IVOREE's technology. Its player-data layer allows each property to tailor the guest experience at the individual patron level while giving Ember Entertainment a unified view of engagement activity across all participating venues and states.

Jason Gregorec, President of Delaware North's gaming business, said the company conducted a thorough RFP process before selecting IVOREE. "It was pretty clear that while other companies were developing one-off custom products, the IVOREE platform was focused on incredible patron engagement capabilities and powerful AI reach that were second to none," Gregorec said. "We were deliberate about having our launch overlap with our Ember Rewards rebranding to pack a powerful double punch, delivering the type of technology and guest experience that has never been seen in gaming and hospitality before."

The rollout spans four distinct regulatory environments and player markets, each operating on the same connected platform foundation. Vaughn Place, Head of Product Strategy at IVOREE, noted the complexity of the project. "Four states, different environment nuances, four distinct player bases - and one platform that had to work flawlessly for all of them," Place said. "Working shoulder to shoulder with the Delaware North team, we shaped a mobile experience that plugs straight into Ember Rewards and puts the whole guest journey in a patron's pocket."

Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, emphasized the strategic value for operators. "This is exactly what we set out to build at IVOREE - give operators one singular platform with an infinite reach," Keller said. "The IVOREE platform provides the Delaware North team the ability to deliver an incredible hospitality journey to their guests and stand out from other regional operators."

The full platform mobile solution is now live across all six participating properties. For more information, visit ivoree.ai. The deployment marks a significant step in the gaming industry's adoption of AI-driven, mobile-first loyalty programs that can operate across multiple jurisdictions, potentially setting a new standard for regional operators seeking to compete with larger national chains.
