Katjes International Reports 55% Revenue Surge in H1 2026, Confirms Full-Year Guidance

Katjes International, a European brand holding company, announced a significant growth in its first-half 2026 results, with group revenue increasing by approximately 55% to EUR 256.0 million, up from EUR 164.8 million in the previous year. The company's EBITDA also rose by around 14% to EUR 15.8 million, compared to EUR 13.9 million in the prior year. This growth was primarily fueled by strategic acquisitions, including the integration of Nature Delivered Ltd. (Graze) and a stake in Italian luxury brand Missoni.

The acquisition of Graze, a well-known healthy snacking brand in the UK, was completed in February 2026, adding a London-based production site with around 180 employees to the Katjes International portfolio. In May 2026, the company also acquired an approximate 27% interest in Missoni, a globally recognized luxury brand, further diversifying its investments. These moves are part of Katjes International's broader strategy to expand its portfolio of established consumer goods brands in Europe, operating under its Katjes Quiet Luxury segment, which was established in 2025.

The strong revenue growth and improved earnings were largely driven by the consolidation of Bogner companies, which have been part of the group since September 2025, and the first-time consolidation of Graze from February 2026. As Bogner, like much of the existing portfolio, traditionally generates a significant portion of its business in the second half of the year, Katjes International expects earnings to increase substantially over the remainder of 2026.

The company's financial position remains solid, with group equity of approximately EUR 255.1 million as of June 30, 2026, corresponding to an equity ratio of around 30%. Despite the recent acquisitions, Katjes International maintained a comfortable liquidity position of EUR 74.1 million.

Looking ahead, Katjes International confirms its full-year guidance of at least EUR 650 million in group revenue and an EBITDA margin between 10% and 12%. The company's confidence is backed by its strategic investments and the expected seasonal strength of its portfolio in the second half of the year.
