Rashmi's Bakery, a family-run bakery serving the Greater Toronto Area since 2007, has added three limited-edition cakes to its summer menu: Coconut Truffle, Tiramisu Bliss, and Berry Biscoff. The new flavors are available at the bakery's Brampton and Mississauga locations and online, with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA.
The summer collection expands the bakery's seasonal offerings, which have always been 100 percent egg-free and nut-free. According to founder Rashmi Chugh, the bakery's mission is to ensure that dietary preferences do not compromise taste. "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake," Chugh said. "Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one."
The three new flavors showcase different taste profiles. Coconut Truffle combines chocolate and coconut in a layered cake with moist chocolate sponge, silky ganache, and a coconut cream center. Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic with vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff pairs the caramelized flavor of Biscoff cookies with strawberry, featuring vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, and homemade strawberry compote, finished with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs.
All three summer flavors are also available as individual dessert cups, providing a smaller serving option for customers who want to sample the seasonal collection. The bakery's entire cake menu remains egg-free and nut-free, a commitment that has been central to its operations since its first location opened in Brampton in 2007. The recipes are developed from the ground up to be egg-free and nut-free, using high-quality ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, coffee, and fruit.
Beyond the seasonal collection, Rashmi's Bakery specializes in custom celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. Customers can bring a photo, screenshot, color reference, or an idea for a design, and the team can create a custom cake. The bakery offers quick turnaround on custom orders, along with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA on eligible products.
