ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel, uniforms, promotional products, and fulfillment services, announced its return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026, driven by the successful consolidation of its operations into a new 100,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
The company reported net income of $51,476 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to a net loss of $69,110 in the same period last year. Revenue increased 11.4% to $1,307,924, up from $1,173,827 in the prior-year quarter, with promotional products revenue growing 19.7% to $1,208,576.
This financial turnaround marks a significant milestone for the company, which completed the move into its expanded facility in March 2026. The new location is approximately 5.8 times larger than its previous facility and is designed to support up to five times prior production capacity. According to the company, the expanded capacity and visibility have been key factors in winning new customers.
“The second quarter marked the inflection point we have been building toward,” said Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors. “Our new facility is doing exactly what we designed it to do. Its expanded capacity and visibility are winning new customers, while operating under one roof is bringing our overhead down. We grew revenue double digits, reduced administrative costs, and converted that operating leverage directly into bottom-line profitability.”
General and administrative expenses declined 6.7% to $398,792, reflecting operational efficiencies from the consolidation. Operating income improved to $39,102, compared to an operating loss of $59,901 in the second quarter of 2025.
For the first half of 2026, revenue increased 11.1% to $2,332,544, while the operating loss narrowed by 44% to $118,422. The company noted that the prior-year period included a $264,514 insurance claim, and on an operating basis, the loss was cut nearly in half despite absorbing the costs of the expansion.
The company has also made progress on several operational fronts. The retail buildout within the new facility is nearing completion, which is expected to expand walk-in and workwear revenue opportunities. In July 2026, ADM Endeavors announced new contract awards and renewals across government, education, and corporate customers, including a uniform program for a Lockheed Martin division and a bid award from Dallas College. These contracts are expected to contribute to revenue in the second half of 2026.
Additionally, the company strengthened its financial leadership with the appointment of Calvin Tsang as Chief Financial Officer in June 2026. The company also highlighted that no single customer accounted for more than 10% of revenue during the first half of the year, and common shares outstanding remained unchanged at 158,520,409, indicating no shareholder dilution.
The company's return to profitability is a positive sign for its shareholders and signals that the strategic investment in the new facility is beginning to pay off. With the back-to-school season underway and new contracts starting to contribute, ADM Endeavors believes it is well positioned to build on this momentum in the second half of 2026.
