Synbio International Secures Exclusive Nutraceutical Licensing Deal, Paving Way for Near-Term Revenue

Synbio International, Inc. (OTC: SYIN) has taken a significant step toward generating revenue by entering into a strategic licensing, manufacturing, supply, and revenue-sharing agreement with MD PHD Wellness, Inc. The deal grants Synbio exclusive rights to commercialize MD PHD Wellness' proprietary nutraceutical formulations across the United States and Canada. This move is part of Synbio's broader strategy to build a diversified healthcare company, balancing near-term commercial products with its long-term focus on AI-driven mental health technologies.

The agreement covers MD PHD Wellness' flagship anti-anxiety nutraceutical formulation, which will be marketed under Synbio's Healing Force™ brand. Importantly, it also establishes a framework for evaluating and commercializing additional wellness products over time, creating a long-term product pipeline. By leveraging MD PHD Wellness' expertise in product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain management, Synbio avoids the significant time and cost associated with developing formulations from scratch. This accelerates Synbio's path to revenue, as it can now focus on branding, marketing, sales, and distribution.

Claudio Solitario, CEO of Synbio International, called the agreement a "transformational milestone" for the company. "Rather than building a nutraceutical business product by product, we have established a strategic partnership that combines MD PHD's product development and manufacturing expertise with Synbio's commercialization capabilities," Solitario said. "It gives Synbio immediate access to proprietary products capable of generating near-term commercial revenue while establishing a framework to expand our wellness portfolio over time." He added that the partnership creates an efficient and scalable business model, positioning Synbio to participate in the rapidly expanding global nutraceutical market while continuing to advance its AI-driven healthcare technologies.

The scientific leadership behind MD PHD Wellness is notable. Dr. Robert Lawrence, a physician and scientist with two Ph.D.s in Nuclear Physics and Biomedical Engineering, founded the company. His career spans medicine, biomedical engineering, microbiology, pharmacology, and nutraceutical development, with innovations in cellular regeneration and natural product delivery systems. Co-founder Dr. David Anderson, an experienced physician and researcher, played a key role in developing the proprietary formulations licensed to Synbio. His background includes serving as a Research Physician and Senior Research Scientist at a prominent New York-based university, where he participated in scientific validation of therapeutics and nutraceuticals.

This agreement is central to Synbio's dual-track approach to growth. While the nutraceutical products are expected to generate near-term revenue, the company continues to invest in its AI-driven mental health software, which uses facial analysis to screen for mental health conditions. By pairing immediate commercial opportunities with longer-term innovative technologies, Synbio aims to create multiple avenues for growth and establish recurring revenue to support ongoing innovation.

The nutraceutical market is experiencing rapid growth, driven by increasing consumer interest in wellness and preventive health. Synbio's entry into this space through a licensing agreement rather than organic development allows for faster market penetration and reduced financial risk. The company plans to launch its nutraceutical products directly to consumers online in 2026, with the flagship anti-anxiety formulation under the Healing Force™ brand.

As Synbio moves forward, the success of this partnership will depend on effective execution of its commercialization strategy and the market's reception of the licensed products. The agreement with MD PHD Wellness provides Synbio with a foundation to build a sustainable wellness portfolio, potentially positioning the company for growth in the competitive nutraceutical industry.
